MyReview operates on a monthly subscription model. You are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Important: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial months of service, or for periods where the service was not used.

2.2 Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Process

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Investigate the dispute and provide evidence to the payment provider
  • Pursue legal action if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent
